DAY 15: Your Feet & Rolling

Get your feet moving!

3 Points to Focus on:

?Heel Grind

?Mid Arch (roll heel to ball & hold in the middle)

?Ball of the Foot Waving (anchor heel and place ball just behind the ball of foot & wave side to side)

?Find other areas that are tender or feel like gravel and roll away!!!!!

Make sure you do this on a daily basis and get ready to notice a HUGE difference in how you walk, stand, move, and feel!
