Why Hydrate:

*Improves constipation (no dehydrated colons in this group)

*Protects tissues

*Reduces fatigue

*Improves energy levels and metabolism

The Mayo Clinic says:

Men need 15.5 cups of water/day

Women need 11.5 cups of water/day

WATER DRINKING MUSTS:

AM Rehydration:

2-3 Cups (16-24 ounces of water RIGHT AWAY IN THE AM)

Map out your water schedule (think 1 hour before you stop-start guzzling)

TIPS: add lemon, drink warm water, herbal teas

GOAL: Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day! That’s 64 ounces!

This is the minimum!

Drink before you eat.

Once you stop for the night… DRINK UP! You now have a bathroom and that walk is your cardio! (think of it as a 2 for 1)
