DAY 72 RECAP:
WOW OH WOW!
In the AM try to eat light, if you drive at night, consider fruits, light foods-fruits with fiber, veggies, nuts, seeds, nothing heavy and try to eat your “big” meal late morning or afternoon.
In the morning eat light whole fruits and veggies/produce
WHOLE fruits are great because they have their own enzymes and fiber. Your body only has so many enzymes to use of its own. That is why you need fruits and veggies!

Food Combining:
No starches and proteins = you need a lot of acids to break down protein & not the same for starches
Eat fruit ALONE
Eat Melon ALONE
Wile Rice & PSEUDOgrains – sprouted/germinated
5 Suto Grains (Which are seeds)
1. Quinoa
2. Buckwheat
3. Wild Rise/ Black Rice
4. Millet
5. Amarnath
Avoid starches not the grain (watch the video where Karen breaks this down)
