What are your dreams?

Your goals can be a dream- but the difference is you are now taking action on that!

The BHAH is our END Destination!

To reach it we FIRST need to know where we are starting from.
The CURRENT Location in our GPS!

And once we know that- we need to remember 3 things to achieve these goals:
1. Personal – the goal MUST be personal to you

2. Measurable- how do you plan to measure that goal, you can’t do that if you don’t know where you are (that is why I asked to you take a picture of yourself)

3. Actionable – how do you plan to achieve this- what’s the plan?
(ie. You are going to drink more water- well how much and how do you plan to do that?)

To reach our BEHAG we need to set our BIG 3 each week!
