This program comprises specific workout videos focusing on fitness and your body alongside the #1 way to build health- WALKING! Yes, you will be getting out and walking on your off days from the workouts!

You can download the 5-week workout guide and save it to your phone, or print it out so you can easily follow it! While other programs complicate things, I want to make this as simple as possible!
You have 3 things you need to focus on:
1- doing the designated workout on the designated day
2- getting out and walking
3- drink plenty of water
